.. keeping MYself happy ..

(few ways of) how do i keep myself happy?





blogging
if and only if i've something (may not probably interesting) to say write. it becomes my passion day by day. dropping by friends' blogs also would make me feel happy, by reading their stories =)


shopping
this is a big YES to most people in this universe - ladies, to be specific ::wink::
at least a window shopping, would dwindle my stress level. many people would say sometimes they regret to shop under stress influence, as most of stuff they bought were actually not a necessary. either am i, but it won't lasts long, hehe ;)


hang out with buddies
heck, have not much time lately..really miss those moments - most of them already married and have their own life. and i truly happy for them.


jokes
i often read forwarded mails from buddies, sometimes they forward jokes which would make me smile when i read, that's pretty enough to make my day.


don't take negative influence as a threaten
kudos to normi who shared a piece of valuable thoughts here..now i realize, too much curious of negative influence such as criticism will only lead to demoralized, and depression. just find an escapism which might be the best way to ignore it.


hang around with beloved family
even with no special occasions or activities - just having lunch / dinner together, or watching DVD, i feel as happy as a clam, enough said.
